- Case Information: USCIS receipt numbers, form types, filing dates, visa categories, priority dates, and country of birth
- Employer Information: Optional employer name for visa-related cases
- Communication Data: Any information you provide when contacting our support team
Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: Features used, time spent in app, crash reports
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times
Information from Third Parties
- USCIS Data: Case status information retrieved from official USCIS systems using your receipt number
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To retrieve and display your USCIS case status
- To calculate queue position estimates and processing predictions
- To match you with similar cases ("Case Twins") for informational purposes
- To send you notifications about case status changes

We Do NOT Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Service (e.g., Firebase for authentication and data storage, analytics providers). These parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information confidential.

Anonymized Data

You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

- Your case tracking data will be deleted
- Any anonymized data previously generated may be retained

You can manage push notifications through your device settings or within the app.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights:

- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
