Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and HashSecure Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the VisaPulse mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

VisaPulse is an immigration case tracking and intelligence platform that provides:

• USCIS case status tracking and monitoring
• Queue position estimates and processing time predictions
• Case comparison and analytics features
• Notification services for case status changes
• Educational resources about immigration processes

No Government Affiliation

VisaPulse is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any other U.S. government agency.

We are an independent, privately-owned technology company. Any case status information displayed in the Service is retrieved from publicly available USCIS systems using your receipt number and is provided for your convenience only.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe may be compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription and Payment

Free and Premium Tiers

VisaPulse offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier includes core case tracking features. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple according to their terms and conditions. We do not directly collect or store payment information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We cannot directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by HashSecure Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., USCIS systems, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Third-party use or disclosure of your information (including de-identified, anonymized, or pseudonymized data) is prohibited for any reason without your active consent. Any third parties who receive data through the Service are bound by the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimates, predictions, or information provided through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASHSECURE TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from any decisions made based on information from the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HashSecure Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app's Settings → Account → Delete Account feature.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you via email and/or in-app notification
• We will provide a plain-language summary of the changes
• We will request your active consent to continue using the Service
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised

Your continued use of the Service after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HashSecure Technologies LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
