Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and HashSecureTech LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the VisaPulse mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

VisaPulse is an immigration case tracking and intelligence platform that provides:

• USCIS case status tracking and monitoring
• Queue position estimates and processing time predictions
• Case comparison and analytics features
• Notification services for case status changes
• Educational resources about immigration processes

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Services

The Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free accounts may have limitations on the number of cases tracked and features available.

Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HashSecureTech LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with third-party services including:

• USCIS: We retrieve case status information through official USCIS channels
• Apple: For app distribution, payments, and authentication
• Google/Firebase: For authentication and data services

Third-party services are bound to use your information only for providing services to us and must maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Third-party use or disclosure of your information is prohibited without your active consent.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

No Legal Advice

The Service provides informational tools only and does not constitute legal advice. We are not an immigration law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy of queue position estimates, processing time predictions, or any other analytics. USCIS processing times and procedures are subject to change without notice.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

USCIS Data

Case status information is retrieved from USCIS and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies. Always verify important information directly with USCIS.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashSecureTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided by the Service
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from interruption or unavailability of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HashSecureTech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit to the Service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you via email and/or in-app notification
• We will provide a plain-language summary of what has changed
• We will request your active consent to continue using the Service under the updated Terms
• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised

Continued use of the Service after receiving notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HashSecureTech LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
